Module 6: Intervention and Team Leadership
Describe the roles that team members take in your agency. How have you created your
own role within that group dynamic, and what interpersonal and cultural factors have
you needed to navigate?

NOTES-my agency is the probate court, and my team member is the lead investigator going to
interview families and the person (Ward) the family wants guardianship over. Our job is to see if the
Ward is incapacitated; we check medical records, banking information, etc.. then we make the report
and present it to the courts.
