Corporate Summary Guidance of FCPA

Write about a two-page summary guidance about FCPA compliance, to be delivered to the Board of Directors of a company contemplating expansion into the international domain for their U.S. based business. You may submit this guidance with reference to a hypothetical company and/or a specific country for this exercise.  The summary guidance must also include a clear set of recommendations for staying in compliance with the Law.  The summary guidance must draw from source (original) documents and other resources available at the FCPA web page of the US Department of Justice (DOJ) website:

. Specifically, you must demonstrate familiarity (through references, excerpts, citations, quotes, etc.) with the following documents available at the website:

• The FCPA act itself
• Corporate Enforcement Policy (the most recent policy statements/speeches from the DOJ and “Declinations”)
• Related Enforcement Actions (at least two examples from most recently settled cases)
