Overview

For your course project, you will be crea�ng a healthcare quality improvement ini�a�ve in which you will describe the issue at the outset, the se�ng, the problem to be solved, the par�es

affected, and the reason why the issue is important to address. You will recommend a concise implementa�on plan and describe in detail how you plan to evaluate if your implementa�on

was successful.

To complete your course project, you must first select a healthcare organiza�on to base your quality improvement ini�a�ve on and locate a set of publicly available data from that

organiza�on to analyze. Please remember the data you select must be publicly facing, and you must share a link to that data in this assignment. You should not ask your current organiza�on

or any other organiza�on for any data.

1. Selec�on of healthcare organiza�on: Describe a clinically or non-clinically based healthcare organiza�on that releases public-facing data that you will u�lize for your course project and

share a link to their website.

2. Selec�on of public-facing data: Describe public-facing data that you will u�lize in your course project and share a link to public-facing data.

3. Discuss your selec�ons: Discuss why you selected the healthcare organiza�on and public-facing data for your course project.

Provide at least two scholarly sources throughout your work to support your claims.
