Every organization needs a mission and vision statement. Planning begins  with a SWOT analysis of the organization, a well-articulated strategy  and the development of specific goals with measurable objectives. We  also know that culture must be considered in developing the business  plan. If you were asked to develop a business plan for a  medical practice, what key factors would you consider (internal and  external) in the planning process, and how would you involve the key  stakeholders?
