The leadership and management of a physician group is a political
process and a tough challenge. Who makes decisions and how decisions are
made is important. A competent leadership team is needed. Based on your
management experience and course readings, what are the important
elements, characteristics and criteria for an effective
physician-administration leadership team? How would you evaluate a
