please respond to the following discussion post as a peer making a comment. “Each organization should keep a close eye on three main categories of their organization. First, the organization must be financially viable; therefore, it must keep watch on it financial performance. Second, it must focus on patient and staff satisfaction; marketing is critical for success (Relias Media, 2019).

Some critical KPI in finance could include collection on balances, how quickly billing completes sending reimbursement requests, and how consistent staff costs remain.

Some critical KPI in marketing could be Patient and staff satisfaction, how frequently patients return to correct errors, how often patients choose the hospital, and how often patients choose to extend their stay.

Rationale and Why? If people are happy with their experience, they should be willing to pay rather than fight and fair billing, Patients who are comfortable in their hospital will choose to come back for non-critical care and choose to extend rather than quickly choosing to recover using in home nursing care. Without analyzing these values, an organization may see their revenue decrease without understanding why patients/staff/billing agents may choose to avoid their hospital.

By keeping an eye on key performance indicators, the manager can better understand why stakeholders choose their hospital and what changes may have led to a loss or decrease in revenue and overall hospital traffic.
