Find a research article on the use of mindfulness meditation in a special population. A special population means for example: people suffering from addiction, Post traumatic stress disorder, chronically ill, over weight and or obese, suffering from mental disorders such as anxiety or depression, soldiers, those suffering from job burn out etc. Only one person can use a research article so make sure no one else has used your chosen article.

It must be research so it will have a research question or hypothesis, there will be a methods section, a population of interest, a results section and a discussion section. Include in your overview the issue the research is investigating, the research question or hypothesis, the population being studied, what variables were studied and what they found in the results. The last item you will add is your opinion of the value of the research and what it adds to the surrounding mindfulness or mindfulness meditation and your topic. Do this write up and thoroughly as possible for the best grade. Please use the headings as directed in previous discussion board reviews.
