Yes, it’s time for even more paperwork. But trust me – this one is wildly important.

For this written assignment, which works hand-in-hand with the weekly project, you will create a new shot list, as well as an auxiliary B-roll wish list. Use the video tutorial for this week to help you in getting these two lists together.

These lists will be your driving force as you finish up production. Remember, it’s always better to ‘over-shoot.’ There is no such thing as too much footage, so go a little crazy here. Experiment, write down things you really want to get or see.

Submit your completed assignment by following the directions linked below. Please check the Course Calendar for specific due dates.

Save your assignment as a Microsoft Word document. (Mac users, please remember to append the ” x” extension to the filename.) The name of the file should be your first initial and last name, followed by an underscore and the name of the assignment, and an underscore and the date. An example is shown below:
