2. It must include 6 main “sessions” from the list above specific to the role of a senior
organizational leader.
3. Include a minimum of two reasons why each skill is critical to include in the training
program for a senior organizational leader (examples of potential reasons include
organizational success, employee satisfaction, or customer satisfaction) OR two
reasons that how would you would teach/explain each skill in the training program.
