have unique skill requirements. Yet, there are OL characteristics that are important
at all levels like interpersonal skills. For this assessment task, you will need to
develop a training manual for senior organization leaders at a technology company.
The manual must include 6 modules or sessions. Pick which six skills,
responsibilities, capabilities, or tasks should be included from the list below (in
order of importance, 1 being most important).

Instructions
1. Create a training manual in Microsoft Word, Canva, Adobe, or Visme (or other
options via instructor approval).
2. It must include 6 main “sessions” from the list above specific to the role of a senior
organizational leader.
3. Include a minimum of two reasons why each skill is critical to include in the training
program for a senior organizational leader (examples of potential reasons include
organizational success, employee satisfaction, or customer satisfaction) OR two
reasons that how would you would teach/explain each skill in the training program.
