• Describe the selected topic in the project and provide at least one statistic supporting the importance of the topic. This statisticmust be from an original source.

• Compile 4-5 risk factors and/or benefits related to the selectedtopic.

6. Referral to Professional and Community‐Based Resources – 

• Provide one referral to each of the following:

o A professional organization

o A community-based resource

o Include a statement describing the role, resources, and/or services of the organizations or resources and their potential impact on the selected topic
