As humans I believe we all have health related behaviors that we would like to change. Whether it is eating healthier, going to the gym more or starting a meditation practice, but why is it so difficult?

I personally strive to be more mindful through yoga, however, I find myself having a constant internal battle to actually go to the yoga studio. Why is this? Why is it difficult to change a behavior that I know will be beneficial for me?
